Have you ever wondered how some people became such a successful pharmacist? Were you ever curious how they got into that leadership position? Did you wish someone would share their secrets of success? This unique program is designed to answer all these questions and more. This webinar will feature established leaders at different stages of their pharmacy career discussing leadership and management and how it has impacted their professional and personal trajectory. The panel will be moderated by MPA/PSI Executive Fellow Zack Mueller, a 2020 Pharm.D. graduate and a current participant of the Michigan Pharmacy Foundation Health Professional Leadership Academy. Mueller will guide discussion and explore the life lessons, career path strategies, achievements, and personal challenges of prominent pharmacy leaders to help guide other pharmacy professionals in their leadership journey to career growth.
At the end of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe the roles, responsibilities and characteristics of pharmacy leaders who are actively engaged in the advancement of the profession.
- List the essential skills a pharmacy professional should acquire to be a successful leader
- Identify leadership development opportunities that will enhance a pharmacy professional’s career advancement

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds (minus a $10 administrative fee) will be granted for cancellations received in writing (postmark or fax date) by May 10, 2021. Cancellations received after May 10, 2021, no-shows or changes made to registrations onsite will not be refunded. Refunds will not be provided for internet connectivity issues, nor will refunds be given for registration errors caused by the participant.
