MPA, Pharmacy Services Inc. and PSI Insurance Agency office hours are as follows:

- - Labor Day through Memorial Day: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-
    4 p.m.
  - Memorial Day through Labor Day: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-
    4 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Please note that the MPA office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

Survey & Event Promotion Requests
If you have a survey you would like to distribute or event you would like to promote to MPA members, please fill out this form and return it via email to MPA@MichiganPharmacists.org or via fax to 517-484-4893. An MPA staff member will contact you regarding the options available to you. Recognizing that each request is unique, not all requests can be honored and advertising costs may apply.

Room Rental Opportunities
MPA has meeting and event space available at our office in downtown Lansing. Our headquarters boasts 16,849 square foot of space, including a state-of-the-art training center, Board room, handicap-accessible facilities and ample parking.
