Active Pharmacist Annual Membership
A pharmacist who is active in practice.
Annual Dues: $316
Pharmacist Joint with Spouse Annual Membership
A pharmacist whose spouse is an active, fully paid member.

Pharmacy Technician Annual Membership
A person who practices as a pharmacy technician; certification not required

Limited Practice - Annual Membership
A pharmacist who practices less than 20 hours per week

Academia Annual Membership
A pharmacist who is a full-time faculty member, as outlined by the college of pharmacy

Retired Pharmacist Annual Membership
A pharmacist who has retired and no longer practices

Out-of-State Pharmacist Annual Membership
A pharmacist who lives out of state and wishes to receive MPA publications and continuing education credits

New Practitioner - Year 1 Membership
A pharmacist who graduated from a school or college of pharmacy and is in their first year of practice after graduation.

New Practitioner - Year 2 Membership
A pharmacist who graduated from a school or college of pharmacy and is in their second year of practice after graduation.
Annual Dues: $125
New Practitioner - Year 3 Membership
A pharmacist who graduated from a school or college of pharmacy and is in their third year of practice after graduation.

New Practitioner - Year 4 Membership
A pharmacist who graduated from a school or college of pharmacy and is in their fourth year of practice after graduation.

PGY1 Residency/Executive Fellowship Membership
A pharmacist enrolled in a PGY1 residency, executive fellowship or research fellowship.
Annual Dues: $75
PGY2 Residency/Executive Fellowship Membership
A pharmacist enrolled in a PGY2 residency, executive fellowship or research fellowship.
Annual Dues: $75
Student Pharmacist - Career Membership
A student pursing a pharmacy degree; valid for four years through completion of pharmacy school
Dues: $50
Student Pharmacist - P4 Membership
A student pursuing a pharmacy degree; valid for one year.
Annual Dues: $30
Associate Annual Membership
A non-pharmacist who wishes to join MPA (includes pharmaceutical representatives)
