PTPO Pharmacy Accreditation Application

Pharmacies wishing to participate in the Pharmacy Tech Prep Online program must have already applied with MPA for accreditation and approval with the Board of Pharmacy to participate. If your pharmacy is not yet accredited, please complete the form below before enrolling a new technician into the PTPO program.

Pharmacy accreditation is for a five-year period and costs $49. Board of Pharmacy approval typically takes four-to-six weeks. Technicians are not allowed to start until they are officially enrolled in the program.
